Residence Inn by Marriott Secaucus Meadowlands

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Secaucus, the Residence Inn Meadowlands is by far the best to accommodate myself and my family’s needs. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially Gayle and Neolline, who were present when I checked in. They were very helpful, friendly, and made me feel at home right away. That type of treatment truly elevates the guest experience and makes you feel comfortable staying here, unlike many other places where staff friendliness is inconsistent. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you to the guest services team for making our visit so wonderful!

Spacious, clean hotel. Henry at the front desk is great and helped in a pinch. Would recommend.

Great location, 15 mins drive to midtown without traffic! Great check in staff, and free EV charging is a game changer! Also walking distance to a whole host of great restaurants! Terrific Marriott property all around!

I stayed in a room with a living room, kitchen and work area all in one place. Full size fridge for the win. Bed is comfy. Over al a great roo.

(Dec 2025) I have stayed here numerous times. Location is good - with a bus connection to Port Authority Bus Terminal. Pool is temporarily closed - I was not aware of this. Let’s hope it’ll re-open and not remained temporarily closed indefinitely like some other Marriott properties. There is indeed a smell (a stench) in certain areas and also in some rooms. I’ve stayed in one bedroom, two bedrooms and normal rooms. My ratings are averaged across all my stays. Often parking is full - in which case you will need to park at the overfill lot opposite on the side of the cinema.

Nice clean hotel in a convenient location with an excellent staff. Everyone that we interacted with who worked there went above and beyond to provide good customer service and a friendly attitude towards the guests. The breakfast buffet is your standard Marriott hotel breakfast, but no complaints here from my side at all. We would absolutely stay here again next time we are in the Secaucus area.

The property is good. I had a comfortable stay and the breakfast spread was good. We were a large group and therefore had to wait for our check in but this was anticipated.

This hotel is very nice for the price. It’s is located close to everything including the American Dream Mall. It is close to New York City. It has many places to eat nearby. The rooms have kitchens which is nice. I really do like the waiting area and they have a nice outdoor area. I have had a great stay each and every time I visited the area. I suggest this hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly.
